Says Karren Harker, head of marketing, Chorus: “Right now, there are 1.4 million Kiwis out there who could be getting a better broadband experience, whether that’s switching to ultra-fast fibre or VDSL if fibre is not yet Chorus still 3.jpgavailable. We hope this new campaign and website will not only encourage more New Zealanders to check the type of broadband available to them, but also streamline and simplify the process of choosing the best option for their needs. Chorus still 4.jpgThanks to Saatchi & Saatchi and Starcom for a great start working together and for all their efforts bringing this campaign from pitch to market in a few short months.”
Saatchi & Saatchi was appointed by Chorus as its agency of record along with Starcom New Zealand earlier this year, following a competitive pitch.
Says Toby Talbot, CCO, Saatchi & Saatchi: “Chorus has been one of the first clients I’ve worked on since I’ve been back at Saatchis and it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know Karren, Kate and their fantastic team. I hope this work will provide a gentle nudge to Kiwis to step out of their comfort zone and ask for better – whether that be broadband, muffins or massages.”
Chorus is New Zealand’s fixed line broadband and phone infrastructure company, building and looking after the country’s fixed telecommunications network. They are more than halfway through the biggest infrastructure upgrade New Zealand has ever seen, managing the majority of the ultra-fast fibre broadband network build.
