The editorial office of the “Media&Marketing Polska” monthly in the Advertising Agencies and Media Houses annual report awarded Starcom Polska with the title of Media Agency of the Year. Successes in the area of new business, a very high level of strategy, dynamic development of the analytical and research offer as well as outstanding results in studying customer satisfaction – these are the most important of Starcom’s characteristics, which decided on the honouring of the agency.
Already in the middle of 2017, the daily service of “Media&Marketing Polska” informed that according to the “Overall Activity” report of the international RECMA auditing company, is the largest media agency on the Polish market. In the upcoming months, after the tenders won by Starcom, a group of the agency’s clients expanded to include prestigious advertisers, the largest of which included: the Żywiec Group, Maspex Wadowice, Totalizator Sportowy and Allegro.pl. The dynamics of Starcom’s turnover in 2017 amounted to 12.7% and was over five times higher than the increase of the entire advertising market.
“This is, of course, very important, that we are growing dynamically, but our ambitions is absolutely not to be the largest agency on the market. We place our main focus on providing our clients with the highest quality strategic product as well as building long-term, partner relations, the foundations of which are knowledge, the effectiveness of the actions we carry out and first and foremost the quality of the service. We are happy that the editorial office of “M&MP” by awarding us the title of Media Agency of the Year, took into account all of our strongest suits, and we are proudest by the high results in the customer satisfaction study, which are part of the report published today, and which confirm that we have taken the right path of development” says Magda Kolenkiewicz, General Manager Starcom.
In the client satisfaction study carried out at the commission of “Media&Marketing Polska” by the Kantar Millward Brown institute, Starcom received an assessment clearly higher than the average for other agencies in the same areas such as: satisfaction from planning, strategy, research, analysis, econometric offer, innovative approach to planning media as well as quality in planning internet.
“The communications strategies and analysed consumer paths are obviously the basis in our work, but in order to build an effective platform of experience in the omnichannel environment, we need to go a step further. Creating strategic recommendations, we use the knowledge from psychology, behavioural economy, we analyse people’s motivations and cognitive paradigms. In this context, advanced analytical tools, the development of data driven marketing competences, marketing research and the search and use of innovative technologies are necessary. People, who have broad horizons, are able to synthesize knowledge to transform it into strategic recommendations. The title of Agency of the Year is the contribution of each of Stacom’s employees, secondly the huge support on the part of the entire Publicis Media organisation” – adds Magda Kolenkiewicz.
In 2017, Starcom, as every year, was also distinguished in the most important industry competitions, collecting five EFFIE awards, six Mixx Awards statues and two HX Awards, for the most effective and innovative communication and marketing projects.
