Starcom was recently named a Strong Performer – with the third-highest score in the current offering category – in The Forrester Wave™: Global Media Agencies, Q3 2018 report released this week. This report marks the first time Forrester has ever conducted a formal evaluation of the global media landscape.
All told, eight global agencies were analyzed and ranked as part for the Forrester Wave™. Researchers evaluated 23 different criteria that assessed the agencies’ current offerings, strategy and market presence.
In particular, Starcom was named a strong performer, and noted for its ability to blend operational excellence with digital prowess. The report also noted that “the agency’s reputation as a strong media operations partner has allowed it to catch up its data practice and integrated approach to planning and activation.” The report cites that “Starcom shows strength in operationalizing its HX process into media strategy, communications planning, buying and activation.”
Forrester’s report goes on to say that, “Clients like Starcom for its collaboration with partner agencies, its investments in the data and analytics game, and Publicis Media’s approach to transparency/brand safety.”
